Here's a skirt I made today. I used an elastic band, and then cut long strips of the black material which I tied in knots until the band was full (this took about an hour). I did the same as in this tutu tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7aSPMEn7S0  The belt I found in a charity shop yesterday for 5 pound. I was very lucky because it's really nice! Ignore the messy room, haha.
